We do not accept returns on opened boxes as we can no longer resell them. We accept returns on unopen boxes only. Please understand that if you simply change your mind and wish to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost (you to warehouse) and the initial shipping (warehouse to you) is non-refundable (ie. you will be liable for two legs of shipping). If an incorrect item is shipped at our error, we will cover the shipping cost(s).
On defects, the Australian distributor usually sends a replacement part at no charge to yourself. If you have received a defective part, please login to your account and send us an order related message.
Customers will be liable for the initial shipping cost, and if the courier deems necessary, any return shipping costs.
